You actually need to do that because you're the sender. Go down to Update Status (link next to game on bottom left) and the option will be there.

No problem, I just was trying to avoid any ding to your rating. I think I have to leave a neutral for them to cancel it. But it'll stay on your feedback. If you do the "returned to sender" route, it just goes poof. Your call.

I think you can just select "Item returned insufficent postage" off Update status and avodi the knock to your swap score for cancelling.
