Graphics 5/5 good graphics still needs small room for improvements
Game play 4/5- the game is sweet its self
the most credits i give in this game is the only game play
players can play free mode kill each other in the big city or team up and kill cops and civilians ... great game modes
cops n crooks and team death match are ones of the best in my opinion... of course we are not goin 2 forget about the co-op in this game co-op rules ... from playing bomb the base 2 deal breaker and noose hangman they are all sweet...
STORY MODE-
the story mode is sweet its self
there are 2 endings in this game you choose your way
the story is not really long like san andreas but its alright
... in the city there where some stuff that gave many gamers disappointment ... the biggest ones
in my point of view are... 1.you cant buy your own safe house.
2. you cant live liberty city
3. cant fly planes
4. not 2 many side missions
5. WHERE ARE THE FUN GUNS?? not silent pistol
no silent smgs ... not 2 many handguns neither...
6. THERE ARE ONLY 3 FREAKYN CLOTHES SHOP YOU CAN BUY YOUR STUFF FROM!!! this is a major disappointment for me... the stuff u can wear in the game sucks and the only hats u can buy are the Russian onces and the ugly hat...
7. WHERE IS THE ARMY IN THIS GAME??
use 2 love messing around the city till the army came 2 hunt me down but this game did not get all the fun stuff from other games...

watch TV and see hilarious shows and commercials
and also in this game CAT WILLIAMS is a comedian at the local comedy show and you can go there and just sit back and enjoy the show:D

metro/subway
taxi
your cuzzings pick up service
Brucie helicopter pick up
Dwayne goonz - they come 2 help u when you are taking fire all you gotta do is call Dwayne up and they come scope you

Perfection

If your a Fan of the GTA series then you will love this game its everything you've come to expect out of a GTA game times TEN you will never get bored with it theirs a 100 missions and loads of extras and all the little details you see has you play the game make the game soo much better.. Multiplayer is a little slow but has potential if you don't already have it get this game

For never really getting into the Grand Theft Auto games this games realistic appeal and insanely detailed environment attracted me. The moment I set foot in this massive world I knew it was going to be a fun time. Besides the great single-player depth all the re playability lies in the endless multi-player modes. With over 15 chooses you will be kept busy for months.

when you hear the name grand theft auto you think of what. probobley the hot coffee mod from San Andreas of the amazing graphics along with the massive blood and violence(i like that). so what is this years game all about well you play as Niko Belic and you come from overseas europe he says he has killed,smuggled and sold people sounds interesting dose'nt it. well to the review you think of the francise to have amazing graphics well this one deffinetly performs at that aloong with the controls and music. even all of the downloadable content will keep you playing. but the things that suck as the others have pointed out is that there is only three clothing shop no planes to fly and that you cant leave liberty city but there are rumors of a vice city and San Andreas as downloadable content but it has been unconfermied but overall this is a great game for sixty bucks so from me this game gets a five out of five

This game should have won game of the year award for 360 but Madden 08 stole it that sucks real bad cause this game blows Madden right out of the water. Anyways this game has really great graphics and gameplay so if u want a game that has nude,violence,blood,cops,shootings well this is the game for u.

A liveing city

This is a really fun game. The city (Liberty City) is so alive theres jazz players in the subways, "Prophets" in the streets people reading the morning paper, prostitutes on the street corners at night. The graphics are amazing. The story is awsome. Unlike in the other GTAs you can make good or bad choices throughout the story. You need to get from point a to point b? Hail a taxi or take the subway which unlike the train in SanAndreas is an actual subway system. For example your at Nickel st. and need to get to bismarck ave. you just go to East park station take the K train to Easton station then switch to the A train and ride that to Emerald station. GTA IV did steal a few ideas from Saints Row probably the bigest one is the cell phone.

awsome no doubt about it! but people wtf is the difference between ps3 and 360 version only controls and the ps3 version got a 3.5 wen 360 version got a 4.5-5.0? just a question

This GTA was the best one ever made! First off, the graphics were incredible, especially for an open world game. They put so much detail into this game. Gameplay is great and easy to adapt to. The storyline is amazing and is pretty funny, as you are a European immigrant looking for a better life in Liberty City. Even online was really good, seeing that this game wasn't made specifically for online. 5 out of 5 star, and I recommend this game to any gamer that's allowed to play it!

The new Grand Theft Auto has come out, and it’s better than ever. First off, there are tons of vehicles. There are motorcycles, helicopters, boats, and cars. Also there’s a lot of weapons, like the pistol, some machine guns, grenades, molotov cocktails, sniper rifle, and much more. Plus my favorite, the RPG. The game is huge, it has all of New York. It’s not like in San Andreas, how the cities are summarized, and aren’t as big as the actually cities. The graphics have gotten a lot better since San Andreas, it finally doesn’t look like a cartoon anymore. Also the story has gotten a lot better, no more driving across the whole city just to deliver dry cleaning and get paid $30.

this game obviously has the best graffic has a very good long story line but is it better than saints row 2 is the question i bought bothe of them and saints row 2 is way better but doesnt have as good of graffics.
