Ninja Gaiden: Black... Making the Best Even Better

Ninja Gaiden represents the pinnacle of current-gen gaming. Beautiful graphics (even supports 720p), complex and addictive gameplay, top notch polish... this game has it all.

Ninja Gaiden: Black is basically Ninja Gaiden Remix; some of the items and levels are slightly different, and it includes more levels in the form of Hurricane Packs 1 and 2.

Anybody who says the game is too hard has not spent enough time getting familair with the combat system. It is difficult, but the game (through its difficulty) works on crafting your skills as a player. Beat the game and then go back to the first couple of levels... it will be a piece of cake.

Spend the 20 points to get this game. It deserves a spot in any Xbox collection.

Zomg Impossible

It is a good game, but IMPOSSIBLE. You won;t be able to get passed the first boss unless you've spent 78 hours trying. Unless you want to put a hole through your wall with your controller and have a giant footprint on your Xbox, I probably wouldn't get this game. It's fun, but waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too hard.

This is the amazing Ninja Gaiden...but better. There are some minor additions to Black. A couple weapons, and a bunch of challenges and stuff. Basically, Black improved the camera and added some things.

Yes this game is difficult, but I can't even begin to express the immense fun that it provides. I recommend that absolutely everyone plays this game, especially if you own an XBox. There is no excuse for not playing this game if you own an XBox or an XBox 360. A must play game!

this game is so adventureus and action pack. u have to have good hand cordanation. and a dispensibule bathroom because when you are playing you are going to want to get further and further........thats why this is the best ninja game on xbox

Ninja Rocks!

This game was pretty difficult even on easy and some times I wanted to scream, however dispite all that it is possibly the best X-Box Game I have ever played.

Possible best investment ever.

Black now features Ninja Dog mode for people thinking the game is way too hard and just want to enjoy and play and beat the game. Then there is Master Ninja for those wanting a challenge far more harder than Very hard and Master Ninja is insanely Hard, and I mean HARD. Now normal and Hard mode and very Hard are of course HARD but you will encounter quite alot of game overs. Though Bllack has included Ninja Dog mode, die three times on Normal on the first mission and you are given an option, accept the offers and you'll be in for a suprise and really its gonna embarrass you!

Black includes some much extras like each time you beat the game on a different setting you get different outfits and costumes to play the game with. And beating hard mode will get you the original arcade Ninja Gaiden from long time ago!

Then there is the main and "funnest" part of black, Mission Mode. Mission Mode is a mode is a mode in which you take on difficult challenges and tasks and see if you can beat them, my personal favorite is fighting against your clone in a one on one duel, though missions range from having to kill all the enemies in the area to killing bosses with annoying enemies on there side to really increase the difficulty, destroying a radio tower with two giant ogres to stop you, etc.There fun, challenging, and a neat addition to the game, though you have to beat Ninja Gaiden Black first to unlock it.

Overall even if its a better edition of a game its still a game and it deserves a high score. There is tons of replay value, there is so much to do in the game, like bbeating every difficulty mode, unlocking the arcade ninja gaiden, all the costumes, Mission mode to beat etc., Overall I give the game a 9.8/10 and is highly recommended you get this game NOW! And good luck with master ninja mode and of course unleash your inner ninja.
