Mediocre GameReviewed by Peonage on December 16, 2006 | report this review Pirates! comes from a long line of successful Pirates! games before it. I don't know why the developers decided to go against the great traditions it had before. The graphics are cartoony and not really pleasing to the eye, the dancing mini-game because boring and repetitive and once you complete all the acheviements there really isnt much more to the game. I own Pirates! Gold for Sega and I hade Pirates! for PC for awhile. Those were good games. I believe Pirates! Gold is even better than this Pirates game. If your new to the series, buy this game. If you don't like your next step or can't do it, try visiting another traveler. They often change what you have to do next early in the game. At the end though you will be expected to marry, rescue family, and beat the count. Good luck. |
