Different, but good.Reviewed by FoamyDog on December 06, 2006 | report this review This is one of my favorite games. Either online, single or Multi-player, this game is loads of fun! Graphics are not great. There are some bugs. Even with those drawbacks this is one of the funnest shooters you will play, if you are open to new ideas. If you want another halo don't get this. If you want a change of pace from Halo without leaving the shooter genre, this is your answer. There is a small, but loyal online community (if you log into a game make sure to have voice on and ask if there are any rules, these guys have simple rules for different levels that make the game more fun) in which Sniper Elite shines. A sample experience: I was scanning the horizon, from a hidden position in the bushes, and I hadn't seen anyone for a few minutes then I spot it. Movement on a hill over 300yrds away. I switch to my rifle and zoom in close as I pull up my scope. Sure enough there is a German laying on the hill and he just spotted me! I quickly adjust for wind and distance. FIRE. The dirt kicks up in front of his face. miss. suck. I take a round in the leg. I readjust and fire. Headshot. I hop up to find a new position anf bang someone nails me from the other direction. Hours of FUN. 
the best war/military game everReviewed by Boogeyman9991 on May 08, 2007 | report this review this game is the funnest game i have played on my xbox...it truely does give hours of fun and is never boring...very hard and requires time and BIG strategy in firing at an enemie and chosing your location...you MUST take into consideration the windage and breath and distance and where you are and much more...very fun...WELL WORTH BUYING FOR WHAT EVER YOU PAY!!! |
