Currently Playing The Lord of the Rings: The Third AgeReviews Write Your Own or View All 4 ReviewsIts not terribleReviewed by steve6787 on July 05, 2008 | report this review Should of been able to play as the main characters, instead of EA trying to incorporate a whole new set of people. Because of that, you dont seem to care what happens to the characters you are playing with, because you know nothing about them. I do however like the videos and how they tie the story in. It's not a complete waste, mostly because I just keep putting it in and playing it. If your a fan of LOTR, its not a bad pickup in my opinion. I think it would of been great, if they would of used the original characters. Hints and Tips Write Your Own or View All 1 HintsUltimate weapon for BerethorHint by SBroly on March 27, 2007 | report this hint If you decided to ignore my fell warning for buying this game, here's something that might make it a smidge more enjoyable. Once you have unlocked Helm's Deep for Evil Mode, immediately save the game and go to Evil Mode from the Main Menu. Proceed to complete the Helm's Deep level on Evil Mode, and at the end you will receive a blade for Berethor. This blade immediately turns the attacking damage of Berethor into health as well. I fought several Nazgul riding dragons and defeated them with Berethor alone and with full health. To make the most of this weapon, make sure Berethor knows "Counter Attack" which will steal health from the enemy without you having to waste a turn getting it back. Have fun... |
