hit the pokemon until the HP becomes red and then throw your pokeball. if you failed, keep on fighting that same peroson who has that pokemon or fight mirror b until you snag the pokemon.

Go to the cave poke spot, and catch a wooper. Then go to the guy in the town were the news people are and trade the wooper for a larvatar at level 20, then it will evolve into a pupatar at level 30, 32,or 35, and finnaly a tyranatar at level 55.

Elekid

You must do something for the news crew to get Elekid. They will ask you to check with someone in the outskirts. His name Hordel and he is from Cipher. He will give you a Togepi at level 25 and ask you to purify it for him. Once this is done, you can keep it or take it back to him. He will trade you an Elekid at level 20.
