GREAT! MUST HAVE FOR MARIO FANS!

Great Game

This game is great. My favorite team to play as is either the super team or Mario with Toads. I like to play most of the time in the palace stage. If someone else is controlling the other team I usually win (especially against my friends and my family). I hope to try strikers charged.

Mario's got balls, and he knows how to play with them!

It was only natural that Mario would get its own soccer game seeing that he is slowly getting his face into every sport possible. But of course, you can't expect it to be a regular sports game. It's more of an arcade-ish beat-the-crap-out-of-everyone-and-score game, like Sega Soccer Slam. Actually this game was developed by the same people that did Sega Soccer Slam, so you can expect a similar approach. The whole game has a very agressive approach, new for the usually happy and colorful world of Mario and friends. Heck, even Daisy and Peach were turned into... ehr... well lets just keep it at that.

My downsides are that just like Sega Soccer Slam, the whole thing feels just a bit shallow. In a sense that we know much more could have been added to the game. There's too few characters and pretty much no difference between one stage and the other. But going over that you'll find a pretty entertaining party game.

This game is wild and fun. Challenging and fun. Not mature and fun. Okay, this game is just all around fun. I enjoy the tournament mode, and there are many features to unlock. I love playing against friends. The power ups are what makes the game unpredictable, you never know when you will be able to throw shells or send the chain chomp or have Bowser interrupt the game. It simply makes for a fun, and wild ride through the worlds most popular sport. A must have for any light hearted sports fans!
