Great game

This game is one of the greatest that I have played. All of the options 1-4 players and the ability to take your player from the first to the second. This game takes hours of time and has amazing movie scenes. One of the first games I've played where your character actually chamges in the scenes, no matter what you have them dressed in. I recomend this game to anyone who enjoys role playing games.

Maybe the only good Multiplayer RPG on PS2

Champions is a great game, with a few conditions. It will be a very fun game if you play it 2 or even 4 players. However, I've noticed that it can be a pretty boring game when you play it solo. It's fine, you can't always play with a second player, and you can always add other players into the existing game, but it's just more fun multi.

There are a few bugs in the game, such as not being able to load sometimes, depending on which player dies, not being able to use waypoints properly, some item bugs, etc. But it's as close to Diablo as you can get on the console, and being a multiplayer game makes it all the better.

Lengthwise, though, considering that it's an RPG, was not that good. Playing 3 player, we finished this game in under 7 or 8 hours, which is not really great at all. There are 3 levels to play through, but since it was so brief, that made us not want to play the rest through, because we didn't want to play it if it was just going to be some of the same all over again (and very fast, all over again).

But for those of you who love hack and slash, it's the best you can get on a console. I myself would rather play diablo 1 and 2 on the PC, since they have more options, patches, etc. but for a dedicated console player, it's a very fun game, minus a few quirks. Try it out first solo before you decide to get a multitap adapter.

I love this game i only got to play the demo but omg its awesome of course the bugs are annoying at times but you only find a bug if you search for it ;)

It has great graphics Cutscene are beautiful and your characters armor actually appears when a cutscene comes up (5/5)

The game play is a little spotty as its a button masher and it hurts if you play it for to long! but that does not really matter(5/5

overall i give it a 5 out of 5!

I have both Champions of Norrath games and have gone all the way through both. I absolutely love them, especially the fact you can work through the first one and continue with all of your bells and whistles earned right into the second game! I even bought the everquest games to continue it, but I didn't realize I could only do those online. Hope they come out with more I can do offline, because this is an awsome game!
