Silence in Call of Duty Four

One great way to stack up some kills in call of duty four is to use silence. There are several ways you can be silent. One is to use dead silence (perk three), it eliminates the sounds made by your character. This is especially useful because others cannot hear you and you are able to pick up the sounds not made by yourself. You can also use silencers, which makes the gun silent sounding and it does not appear on the radar when you shoot. This helps with the unsuspecting effect.It does, however, remove your red dot sight or ACOG, if you use either of them and it also reduces range.
Silence will deffinately help invaders but if you are a camper I would not follow my instructions.

Completion bonuses
Successfully complete the game on any difficulty setting to unlock the cheat menu and Arcade mode. The cheat menu can be found at the options menu while playing the game.

Cheat options
Collect the indicated number of Intel Pieces (enemy laptop computers) hidden throughout the game to unlock the corresponding cheat option:

COD Noir: 2 Intel Pieces. Turns graphics black and white.

Photo-Negative: 4 Intel Pieces. Inverts the colors.

Super Contrast: 6 Intel Pieces. Increases the contrast.

Ragtime Warfare: 8 Intel Pieces. Silent Movie mode; graphics are black and white, dust and scratches fill the screen, game plays at two times the speed, and the music becomes piano music.

this is one cool game there are times that you are wondering when the onslaught is going to end they seem to come from nowhere at times and are never ending.i played for a while when i got it and just finished it and to me it seemed a bit short. everyone is talking about the online play bt it is just like every other game unless i missd something. all it is it deathmatch kill everyone . i may be used to kz2 the online play there is cool there are 7 mini game you play online which are cool and need strategy and team work to win.

this has helped me so many times on multiplayer, well if you see a dead body on the ground if you prone right on top of it no one will notice you alive (it works better if its the same person as you IE (SAS,spetnaz,marines...) its just funny to watch people walk right over you then you knife them in the leg and they die

this isnt really a tip but im just letting you know they new update of the game for ps3 had some kool stuff i thought i would tell you it had; better kill cam;s(when you die by a explosin the camera angle is where the explosin came from like a granade)better snipers wqhen the sights are on the guy and you shoot them it actualy hits them, better acof the triangle is were the bullets go now yea, you can mute people so so helpfull, and possibly in a couple months there will be more maps and game types oooo and weapons and perks(like a double attachment perk-scope and a silencer)and possibly a laser sight. i hope you enjoy the info

# Easy Intel Pieces in All Ghillied Up mission

Go to the location of the first Intel Piece, located at the top of the ladder in the first church. Get the Intel Piece, and fall back down. You will die and start out getting the Intel Piece again. The Intel Piece keeps adding to the total number that you have. Repeat this process until you have 30 Intel Pieces.
# Epilogue mission

Successfully complete Story mode on any difficulty setting and watch the entire credits to unlock the bonus Epilogue mission.
# Mile High Club mission

Successfully complete Story mode on any difficulty setting to unlock the Mile High Club mission.
# Prestige mode

Reach level 55 to unlock Prestige mode. This is a multiplayer only mode that starts you back at level 1. You can repeat this ten more times.
# Golden weapons

Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding golden weapon camouflage. Note: The golden version of the weapons does not boost any attributes and is just purely cosmetic.

Cheat: Cheat List
Cheats are unlocked not by inserting passwords, but by acquiring the thirty Intel Pieces strewn throughout the game. The more of them you collect, the more cheats you can access. On the left are the number of Intel Pieces collected, and on the right are the cheats that are unlocked, with an explanation of what each does.

2 - "CoD Noir" Play the game in black and white.
4 - "Photo-Negative" Game colors become inverted.
6 - "Super Contrast" Game's contrast increases.
8 - "Ragtime Warfare" The game feels like an old silent movie.
10 - "Cluster Bombs" One frag grenade thrown equals five in explosion.
15 - "A Bad Year" Enemies explode into tires when shot.
20 - "Slow-Mo Ability" Game plays at 40% normal speed.
30 - "Infinite Ammo" Just what it says.

Unlockable: Arcade Mode
To unlock Arcade Mode, beat the game once through on any difficulty level. Arcade Mode itself is split into two options - Full Challenge or Level Challenge - that add extra replayability to the game.

Unlockable: Prestige Mode
To unlock Prestige Mode, which is a multiplayer-only mode, you must reach experience level fifty-five. Instead of capping out at level fifty-five, which is the highest level, Prestige Mode allows you to start again from level one. This can be done a total of ten times, giving you ten different icons in in-game lobbies to show your extreme achievement.

Unlockable: New Mission
To play an all-new mission, which is an extra mission after the main quest is completed, beat the game and view the ending credits thereafter. After they've run their course, you will then be given the opportunity to play one last single player mission before all is said and done.
