Like the Greatest RPG at its time!

your all saying that im full of shit. well tell u wat. back in the day when the gaming world was just beginning to rise with the PS and the N64 coming out, this was the game to beat that everyone wanted. its one hell of a great game including the extra stuff. not a game to pass when u see it and u got nothing better to do....

One of the Best games ever made

Ok Final Fantsy VII was and is still considered to many people as the best game ever produced by Square-Enix. This is one of the few Final Fantasy games that I've played that really immerses you into the story of a 21 year old man that is part of a resistance group trying to save the planet. Everything goes wrong when they find out the secret behind the Shin-Ra Electric Power Co. This games story has only one ending but many many choices that you get to make along the way that can influence what weapons you can get and how other characters react to you. The RPG element in this game is superb because its not just level up to beat a boss, its level yourself, your Materia, and your stratagy. There have been bosses that I have used one stratagy on the first time but the next time needed a new one. This game also has a few minigames that you can play in the "Golden Saucer" one you play them in the story. The soundtrack is one of the best that I have ever heard from Nobou Uematsu and is still on my top 5 list of soundtracks. This is one of the games any PSX owning gamer must have for his collection.

So-so

All I ever hear about the game is about how wonderful it is and things of that nature. I give it this, it is a pretty epic game. Everything is top notch from game play to music score.

It is just getting over played for me. There are wonderfully fun and epic games that are overlooked from this time because this game has such a reputation. I think it is time to give this game a rest and let other games shine.
