Both. You can send your own games out, or get games from other people. Many times you can set up a trade with someone by saying you will trade them one of your games if they trade you one of theirs. In order to find others who want the game you have, or find others who have the game you want, simply click on the magnifying glass next to the game in your list. Hope this helps!
