Need for Speed Carbon

now if you do happen to be a fan of the past need for speed games(which nearly every one was) then when you play this you will tell instantley that EA have purley gave up you no dout will enjoy the moding af cars but will be disapointed by game play,
also by the quality of this game im taking it this is the last of the series as i know this game was ONLY MADE because they could rake in money from the film "fast and furious- toyko drift" you can tell because in the past NFS tiltles drifting was a little something to brake up races and sprints and now its like there hooked on drifting there is way to much in this game and with the game play this isnt a good thing.
now to the actual review, this game hasnt really been thought out, you can tell they put effort into car design but that is about it, aswell as when you play this game in HD the colours arnt as good as you would exspect as everything seams to be faded and you will never find the colour you want.
then theres the game play, very poor now "most wanted" i thought that the way the cars moved, steered and controled was weak but they must have NOT paid attention and made this one worse, i dont see how a fully maxed out mercedes-benz wont even turn a corner over 30mph and top speed 140 ish, no way a standard merc would go faster. u feel like ur going a meter a min not a mile.
the story mode side of things isnt the best they have done again, weak in tearms of keeping you gripped, it is a very easy game to get bored of i must warn you. and the multi-player side of things doesnt get better either just the same but split screen and smaller.
so all in all my final thought of this game is that EA and the makers of NFS series should have quit while they where ahead and stoped at NFS 2. enjoy (well try anyway)

now after completing resistance fall of man (the best game on PS3 at the moment with best graphics, story, sounds )now going on 4 times this game didn't even put a sparkle in my eye,
now I own every PS3 game apart from 4 and this isn't one of the worst but isn't one of the greats either,
the graphics are good but not good enough for next gen and sound the same, simple !
now nothing about this game made me think it was rubbish apart from the camera angle is really annoying,
this isn't a game you would buy to sit down and crack on through it its more of a game you and ya mates play, with all the characters there is bound to be one to bring you back to your childhood,
but on a serious note ONLY BUY THIS GAME IF YOU WANT TO PLAY WITH FRIENDS NOT ON YOUR OWN, the game play and story just isnt good enough to keep you griped on one player and you will be tempted to turn it off. still get some mates and enjoy super heroes do what they do best, BE SUPER. enjoy

NOW I ANT HAVIN THIS !!!!
i own every game for the PS3 apart from 4 and this is verry close to been the worst game i have played on the PS3 up to now,
graphics are the same through out the game absolutley nothing to be impressed by all rocks and cliffs look the same, so now sadley moving onto the car and bike side of this game, very poor as i completed moto gp 06 twice that is how a bike should ride NOT like these bikes that are like riding a bike fresh from gta vice city on PS2, and the cars what can you say again poor for a next gen console - lets all just face it this game is just trying to be dakkar rally and not been able to do it, and even since the game is soooooo poor they didnt even bother putting a multi-player option, so without multi-player this game is one of the most pointless, waste of time and money i have made to date.

ok ok, a boxing game now im not a big boxing game fan but i was taken back by this,
in all fairness playing this game not in HD u may as well be playing any boxing game but in HD this game comes alive.
spit n teath no longer streeks that dissapears its a feast for the eyes especially when you hit that deadley haymaker, BOOM !
u can really feel the power you just put into your opponents face, you can see the fighters face ripple from power as his mouth is punched to one side and some impresive spit n teath fly out as he drops to the mat.
now on to game play, the career mode is well thought out as u get the insite to a boxers hard training ect, but at the start dont be put off by you gettin floored its only because your boxer isnt fast enough ect but when you get him up to a world class leval this game is a knockout !!!!!!

OMG, must be said ! One of the worst game to be brought out for the PS3 ! shocking. i was stunned at the lack of scenery and as it IS a next gen game u would expect rolling hills stunning cliff faces and immaculate cars but far from ! I was also shocked at game play, ok picture this u just bought ridge racer 7, whack it into ya shinny PS3, start game, here we go................3, 2, 1 your off !!, and u feel you could move faster in a Vauxhall nova.
so what im trying to say is the cars aren't the best u would expect poorly designed and the same shape as a post box also I have seen better drifting in this games rival "Burnout" which must be said even the PS2 version of burnout is better than this next gen piece of rubbish ! if u want a good driving/racing game just wait till October when grand turismo 5 comes out !!!!!!!

ok, so as a game buff i had o own the PS3 xbox 360 and a wii, so when i hurd that playstation where bringing out a game that is ment to be PS3 version of gears of war i just had to buy it, now gears of war IS the BEST game i have ever played on my 19 years of life, so i bought resistance fall of man and was exspecting pure genius, not disipointed this is a top class title and is by far the best game for the PS3 for proberly a long while, i have compleated resistance twice on campain and 3 times on multiplayer story so i have seen the whole game enough times and this is stunning on graphics, sound, enemys(chimera), wepons, levels, detail, story line..........shall i go on ? no enough said £50 most deffenatley well spent, if u call yourself a gamer then this is a must have to be in your collection

Ok, not one of the easiest games I have reviewed as I haven't owned any of the previous titles of def jam although I have played them before, this one does come up trumps in terms of graphics, music and the career mode, you can tell this game has been thought out by things like mix' in mode, fight styles and detail to clothing movement.
this is a good game and is most certainly is one of the best games out on the console.
the game play really shows off the graphics for instance fire is crystal sharp, the way chains and cloths move is very realistic.
so onto the career mode where you create yourself in some top lime jewellery and cloths where you get into a spot of trouble and get recruited by a music company, from there u start in a slum house and work your way up to a phat crib, signing artist on the way such as Sean Paul, the game, mike Jones and many more, you don't just sign them u produce there music too choosing what track to release and how much of your own money you want to put into promotion, air and radio play ect,
so to end the review all in all this is a great game to play alone or excellent to play with friends.
Formula One Championship Edition

Right ok, as the first game I bought for my PS3 on the day it was released it gave a great impression of the PS3, as I hade the exact same game but called "formula 1 06" for PS2 I could instantly see a great improvement to the game and graphics, the way the lighting from the sun and the rain from above is done is second to nun, purely brilliant and that is still not to mention the reflections of the cars, the sounds, component failure and tyre wear to give a good realism off a real grand prix race.
the game could have done with a few more unlockables i.e.. senna or brundle or even old Damon hill would have been a bonus with a few more top line race cars to have a pop in and also could have put a bit more detail into the career but just winning the world championship or the constructors whilst getting offers from the best teams in f1 to be there number 1 driver then...............pricless.just a quick tip tho traction control on 2 and brake bias 3 to get the best performance from your f1 car. ENJOY !!!
